UGC Discover lets you search social posts from inside the brand portal, so you don't have to hunt through Instagram or TikTok manually. This article covers searching by text or image, narrowing your results, and saving posts to boards.
How do I search for UGC content?
Start with a keyword, a product name, or a theme you want to see content around.
Go to UGC > UGC discover
Select Instagram or TikTok
Enter your search terms in the search box
Select Search
Each result shows the post image, likes, comments, the creator's handle, and their follower count.
Can I search using an image?
Yes. Image search finds posts that look like a reference image you already have, which is useful for product shots and visual styles.

Images can be JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 5MB.
How do I narrow my results?
Filters sit on the left of the UGC discover page and apply as soon as you search.
Content type: all posts, video only, or image only
Followers: audience size of the creator who posted
Content recency: how recently the post went live
Location: where the creator is based
Gender: the creator's gender
Note: The search index only covers creators with more than 10,000 followers.
How do I reuse a search?
Your latest searches appear under Recent searches at the top of the page.
Find the search you want to keep
Select Save search
Select Saved searches any time to run it again
How do I save posts to a board?
Boards are where you collect posts you want to come back to.
Find a post you want to keep
Select Save
Go to UGC > Boards to view saved posts
Every saved post lands in All saved. Select + New board to create a board of your own. To take a post off a board, select Remove.

Boards save posts. Favorites save creators. Use Boards when you like a piece of content, and Favorites when you want to track the person who made it.
