How to Create a UGC Feed

Follow these steps to create a custom feed that tracks brand mentions or campaign keywords.

  1. Go to UGC Feed in the Brand Portal.

  2. Select the + button in the upper-right corner.

  3. Enter your Feed Name.

  4. Add a short Description (optional but helpful for organization).

  5. Add the signals you want to track:

    • Hashtags (example: #drinkendlss)

    • Brand handles (example: @drinkendlss)

    • Keywords (example: Endlss electrolytes)

  6. Select Create Feed.

Your feed will begin collecting relevant posts from social platforms.

Example Feed Setup

Feed Name: Brand Mentions
Tracking:

  • Endlss

  • @drinkendlss

  • #drinkendlss


How to View and Refresh a Feed

Once your feed is created, you can monitor new posts in real time.

  1. Select the Feed you want to view.

  2. Review the stream of posts mentioning your brand or keywords.

  3. Check the Last Refreshed timestamp

  4. Select the Refresh button to pull the newest posts.

Note: UGC Feed automatically refreshes several times per day, so new content will continue to appear even if you don’t manually refresh.

Each post typically shows:

  • Creator username

  • Platform (TikTok or Instagram)

  • Post preview

  • Engagement metrics

  • Post timestamp


How to Manage or Edit a Feed

Feeds can be updated at any time.

  1. Open the feed you want to manage.

  2. Select Edit Feed.

  3. Update any of the following:

    • Date range

    • Keywords

    • Hashtags

    • Brand handles

  4. Select Save Changes.

To remove the feed entirely, select Delete.


Actions You Can Take From a Feed Post

UGC Feed is designed to help you quickly evaluate and recruit creators.

From any post in the feed, you can:

Ignore a Post

Select Ignore if the post is not relevant.
This removes it from your feed view.

View the Original Post

Select View Original to open the post directly on TikTok or Instagram.

View the Creator Profile

Select the post to open the creator’s profile and take action.

From the creator profile, you can:

  • Add to Favorites

  • Send an invite

  • Send a gift

  • Message the creator

This makes it easy to convert organic creators into active partnerships.
