What types of offers can I create?
You can build four types of agreements:
Sponsored Boost: Amplify existing creator content through paid media.
Whitelist/Spark Ad: Use creator content in paid placements (e.g., Spark Ads).
License Existing Content: License content that a creator has already posted.
Commission New Content: Commission creators to produce and license brand-specific content.
Each offer follows the same step-by-step structure inside the Offer Builder.
How do I create an offer?
Start from Brand>UGC (Content Rights) section: Select Create Offer

Add the creator:
Select from your My Roster, or
Enter a new creator’s name and email.
Define the content:
Add an offer title.
Choose the platform: Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
Paste a content link.
Set usage rights:
License type: Exclusive, Non-exclusive, Limited Use.
Placement options vary by platform.
Target countries and editing rights (where applicable).
Scope and duration:
Set review windows, deliverable deadlines, and campaign dates.
Define exclusivity windows and renewal options.
Set compensation:
Choose payment type (Flat rate, % of ad budget, etc.).
Define payment terms and performance bonuses.
Input invoice and billing details.

What happens after I create an offer?
Preview and Send: Review the full contract in the preview modal, where you can edit the agreement.
Send via Tokenized Link: Influencers receive a secure link to view and respond to the offer.
Track Offer Status: Offers move through statuses like Draft, Sent for Review, Changes Requested, Accepted, Completed, Cancelled, or Declined.
Chat Integration: All updates (like change requests or acceptances) appear as system messages in brand chat.
Can I edit an offer after sending it?
Yes! You can:
Edit the contract directly on Endlss (for legal language).
Can I download an offer after creating it?
Yes! You can:
An offer can be downloaded as a PDF once you have completed the required fields.
Where can I find all my offers?
Go to UGC > Content Rights in the brand menu:
View and filter offers by offer type or status.
Access Completed Agreements in a dedicated section.
Use the Duplicate, Download, or Cancel options by clicking on the More (3-dot) button.
