With Endlss, brands can create and assign discount codes directly from a creator’s profile and sync them with Shopify automatically. This reduces manual work and keeps everything connected between platforms.

🛠 How to create a discount code
Go to the creator’s profile.
Select the ellipsis (⋯), then choose Edit details.
Select Discount Codes.
If no codes exist, you’ll see:
“This influencer has no discount codes. Add a discount code for this influencer to start sharing.”
Select Add to proceed.
✏️ Fill in the code details
In the Edit Discount Code modal:
Enter a Discount Code (free text).
Duplicate entries will trigger an error message.Choose a Consumer Discount type:
Percentage or Fixed Amount, then enter the value.
Click Save
Click + Add to create more codes for the same creator.
Once saved, each code will display with:
A Copy button
Discount details
Edit and Delete options
🔄 Shopify sync & two-way updates
Codes created or edited in Endlss are synced to the brand’s Shopify Discounts section.
Changes made in Shopify are reflected in Endlss.
A sync occurs each time a code is added or modified.
📩 Review screen & message options
All codes appear in the Discount Code section.
You can edit or customize the message template before finalizing.
Option to send the default message, create a custom one, or send no message.
If no message is sent, the creator will not be notified via email.
After saving, a confirmation toast will appear.
🧽 Deleting a discount code
Select Delete, then confirm the action in the pop-up.
You can send a message to notify the creator.
Deleted codes are removed from both Endlss and Shopify.

⚠️ Key rules for discount codes
All discount codes created in Endlss:
Apply site-wide to all customers
Are single-use per customer
Have no expiration date
Don’t require a minimum purchase
🛠 Endlss checks for existing Shopify codes and prevents duplicates (e.g., if “WELCOME10” already exists).
Creators with the same name? Use unique identifiers in the code.
