What is an Auto-fulfilled Gift?
The Auto-fulfill Gifts workflow is designed for high-volume influencer programs that need to seed products at scale. By removing the need for influencers to manually accept a gift or enter their shipping address, you can significantly reduce friction and speed up your campaign activation.
Auto-fulfilled gifts are processed automatically without influencer variant selection. Discounts for these gifts must be set to 100%.
🔥 Hot Tip 🔥: The first time you send a gift, the influencer will be asked to enter their shipping address. For all future gifts, once you select Auto-fulfill, the order will be sent directly to them without any extra steps!
How to Send an Auto-fulfilled Gift
Follow these steps on the Endlss Brand App to set up your automated gifting:
Select Send Gift.
Choose to gift an existing influencer or add a new one.
Select the products you wish to gift.
On the Configure gift options screen, toggle Auto-fulfill gift to ON.
A disclaimer will appear noting that variants cannot be selected by influencers and discounts must be 100%.
In the Configure products section:
Select your preferred color variants.
Ensure the Discount is set to 100% (other options are disabled for auto-fulfillment).
Set the Quantity for each item.
Select Next to move to the Message template step.
On the Review screen, verify your influencer list and ensure the Auto-fulfill gift is ON.
Select Send Gift.
You’ll see a success toast message once your gifts are on their way!

Troubleshooting & Shopify FAQ
What happens if Shopify doesn't recognize an influencer's address? If Shopify fails to validate an address during the automated process, the system will automatically revert that specific gift to the Regular Gifting workflow. The influencer will then receive a prompt to manually accept the gift and provide a valid shipping address to ensure successful delivery.
Why is the 100% discount locked? For a gift to be "Auto-fulfilled," the transaction must be processed immediately. To prevent payment hurdles or the need for influencer credit card entry, these gifts are restricted to 100% discounts only.
Why can't I see the "Auto-fulfill" toggle? Ensure you have selected products from a connected Shopify store. If the toggle is missing, check your integration status in the Settings menu.
Can influencers change the color or size I selected? No. Once an auto-fulfilled gift is sent, the variant selection is locked to the brand's choice. If you want the influencer to choose their own variant, please use the Regular Gifting workflow by toggling Auto-fulfill gift to OFF.
