At Endlss, we strive to provide clarity and transparency regarding the fees and payment terms associated with our services. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you understand any applicable fees and what to expect:
Brand Payments:
Brand Payments are comprised of the Influencer Commission, Service Fees and Other Applicable Charges.
Influencer Commission:
The Influencer Commission percentage is set by the Brand and agreed to by the Influencer when working with a Brand on Endlss. This commission percentage is applied to the order subtotal, not including taxes or shipping, to determine the Influencer Commission.
Service Fees:
The Service Fee is calculated on the Influencer Commission related to each Sale made through Endlss.
The Service Fee will vary depending on the payment method the Brand has on file with Endlss.
Bank Transfer = 5% of Influencer Commission
Credit Card = 6% of Influencer Commission + $0.30 per Brand Payment Transaction.

Other Applicable Charges
International Processing Fees
Any Brand Payment Amount paid by a non-US-issued credit card will incur an additional 1.5% International Processing fee.

Payment Terms:
Your Brand Payment Amount is calculated on a weekly basis based on your sale fulfillment dates during a 7-day period (starting from Monday to the following Sunday) (“Weekly Reporting Period”). All dates and times are calculated using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
The Brand Payment Amount shall be charged by Endlss at any time 30 days after the last day of the Weekly Reporting Period (“Charge Period”) to allow for Returns and Refunds.
The act of paying Endlss the Brand Payment Amount is the Brand Payment Transaction
Returns & Refunds:
The Brand is responsible for handling returns, authorizing refunds, and managing customer service inquiries.
In the event that a Customer order is refunded prior to the end of the Charge Period, the Influencer Commission and Service Fee shall not be charged.
Non-Sufficient Funds:
If your bank transfer doesn't go through due to insufficient funds, we will let you know by email. Your payment method will automatically switch to credit card. You will have 7 days to update your payment method back to Bank Transfer if you so choose. If the payment method is not updated within 7 days, we will charge the full Brand Payment Amount to your credit card, with the revised Service Fees.
Taxes:
You are responsible for remitting any and all sales taxes to all applicable jurisdictions.
You are also responsible for paying any other applicable taxes on sales generated through Endlss’ services.

This page is expressly incorporated into and made pursuant to the Terms of Service (“TOS”). The content herein forms an integral part of the TOS and represent the Service Fees and/or Applicable Plan Fees relevant to your Services. By using the Site, Brand Portal, and the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the terms herein, as may be amended by the Company from time to time. All capitalized terms used herein, unless otherwise expressly defined, shall have the same meaning ascribed thereto in the TOS.
