At Endlss, we believe in complete transparency about fees and payment terms. Below is a clear breakdown of how payments work between your brand, influencers, and Endlss.
1. Overview
Your total Brand Payment may include:
Influencer Commission (set by you and agreed to by the influencer)
Processing Fees (covering payment and FX costs)
Other Applicable Charges (e.g., international processing)
π Endlss only charges Brands for commissions that are payable to eligible Influencers. If an Influencer hasnβt finished setting up their payout information, no commission is earned for their orders, which means no Brand Payment is charged.
2. Influencer Commission
The Influencer Commission percentage is determined by you and confirmed by the influencer when they accept your campaign or store connection. This commission is calculated on the order subtotal (after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping).
Commission Eligibility
Commissions only become earned and payable once the Influencer completes payout onboarding (ie connects to Stripe Connect). Until then, they remain pending and are not charged to the Brand. If onboarding is not completed within 90 days of order fulfillment, the commission expires and is never charged.
3. Processing Fee
To facilitate influencer commission payments securely and compliantly through Stripe Connect, Endlss applies a small Processing Fee to each completed order.
This fee covers:
Stripe transaction and payout costs
Currency exchange (FX) and international payment handling
Banking network and compliance costs
The Processing Fee rate will vary depending on the payment method the Brand has on file with Endlss at the time of payment:
Bank Transfer: 1.5% of order subtotal
Credit Card: 2% of order subtotal
π‘ There are no Processing Fees on gifts sent through Endlss.
β
You can review your current payment method and associated fee at any time on your Billing Page under the My Plan tab.
4. Other Applicable Charges
International Processing Fee:
β
If a Brand Payment is made using a non-US-issued credit card, an additional 1.5% International Processing Fee will apply to the total amount paid (Influencer Commission + Processing Fee).
β
This reflects additional cross-border and FX costs charged by payment networks.

6. Payment Timing
Brand Payment Amounts are calculated on a weekly reporting period based on sales fulfilled within each 7-day period (Monday to Sunday).
Payments are charged 30 days after the close of the reporting period to allow time for returns and refunds.
All dates use Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
7. Returns & Refunds
If an order is refunded before the end of the 30-day charge period:
The Influencer Commission and Processing Fee for that order are not charged.
The brand remains responsible for handling returns, refunds, and customer service directly.
8. Non-Sufficient Funds
If a bank transfer fails due to insufficient funds:
Youβll be notified by email.
Your payment method will automatically switch to credit card (with its applicable Processing Fee).
You have 7 days to update your payment method back to bank transfer before credit card billing resumes.
9. Taxes
Brands are responsible for:
Remitting all applicable sales taxes to the relevant jurisdictions.
Paying any other taxes associated with sales generated through Endlss.
10. Downloading Payment Reports
Brands can download detailed reports for all commission Payments and Processing Fees directly from the Endlss dashboard.
How to access your reports:
Go to Reports β Payouts β Paid
Select the relevant Payment date
Download the report for that Payment
In Summary
App subscription fees β billed via Shopify Billing API
Commission payouts β processed via Stripe Connect
Processing Fee β covers Stripe and FX costs, not profit
The Processing Fee covers the costs of payment facilitation, banking network, and FX handling.
β
Because these costs can vary by payment method, currency, and country, Endlss uses a fixed-rate fee model designed to recover average costs.
β
Actual processing costs may vary slightly; any difference helps maintain stable and predictable pricing for brands.
