Getting started
Do I need a Shopify store to use Endlss?
Yes. Endlss is built for Shopify DTC brands. You'll need to be a store admin and install the Endlss Shopify app before accessing any features or subscribing to a plan.
How do I connect my Shopify store?
From your dashboard, select Connect Shopify. You'll be redirected to install the Endlss Shopify app, then brought back to complete setup. No API keys or dev skills needed.
What should I do first after logging in?
Watch the Quick Start Video Series under Getting Started. It walks through the key setup steps in order.
How do I add or update my brand logo?
Go to your account settings. The article "How to update your brand logo on the Endlss portal" walks through the steps.
Can team members access the brand portal?
Yes. Invite them via Manage Team. They'll have full access to all features but can't change account or billing details — only the account owner can do that.
How do I reset my password?
Select Forgot password on the login screen and follow the steps. There's also a dedicated article: "How to reset your password."
Managing influencers
How do I invite an influencer to my program?
Go to Creators > Roster, select Send Invite, and fill in their name, email, social handle, and commission rate. You can add a gift and personalize the message using a template or AI assistance. Invites expire after 15 days.
What happens if an influencer doesn't accept in time?
Invites expire after 15 days. You can resend or delete them at any time from the My Roster tab.
Can I set different commission rates for different influencers?
Yes, via Tiers. You can also manage individual influencers manually outside of tiers.
What are Tiers and how do I use them?
Tiers let you group influencers into structured categories, each with its own commission rate, discount code, Smart Link settings, gifting eligibility, and messaging options. Create them under Creators > Roster > Tiers. Moving a creator to a new tier overrides their previous settings.
How do I remove an influencer from my roster?
Open their profile via the three-dot menu and select Remove Influencer. Their Smart Links are deactivated, but performance data is preserved. You can re-invite them later and it'll be restored.
What's the difference between the Roster and Tiers tabs?
Roster shows your full influencer list with individual details. Tiers is where you create and manage grouped program structures with shared settings.
How do I find new influencers to work with?
Use Creators > Discover. Filter by platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), audience size, engagement rate, and location. Save profiles to Favorites, send invites directly from search results, and save your filters for reuse.
What does Favorites do?
It saves creator profiles you're interested in. Go to Creators > Favorites to view your saved list. You can organise favorites into lists and import social handles in bulk.
What is the Applicant Form?
It's a branded application page you publish so influencers can apply to your program. Customise it with your logo, brand colour, commission rate, custom fields, and location filters. Share it via a link or embed it on your site. Manage incoming applications under Creators > Applicants.
Why can't I see full data for some creator profiles in Discover?
Some profiles, especially those with under 1,000 followers, may not have full data yet. Wait up to a minute and retry, or save the creator to Favorites and return later.
Gifting
How do I send a gift to an influencer?
Go to Creators > Send Gifts, select the influencer(s), choose up to 20 products, set a discount (0–100%), add a message, and send. Once accepted, the order fulfils automatically through Shopify. No manual work required.
What are Gift Bundles?
Gift Bundles are reusable product sets you can send to influencers. See the article "How do I create and send gift bundles in Endlss?" for setup steps.
What's the difference between a regular gift and an auto-accept gift?
A regular gift requires the influencer to accept it manually. An auto-accept gift skips that step and seeds the product directly to them. See "How do I send auto-accept gifts to influencers?" for the full flow.
Are there fees on gifts? No. There are no processing fees on gifts sent through Endlss.
What do the gift statuses mean?
Pending: the influencer hasn't responded yet
Accepted: they've confirmed the gift
The Send Gifts section also shows the date gifted and date accepted for each record.
Messages & templates
How do I message an influencer?
All messaging is managed under Messages > Inbox. You can start a conversation with any influencer on your roster. Replies appear in the Endlss messaging centre, and you'll get email notifications when they respond.
Can I message multiple influencers at once?
Yes. Use the broadcast feature to send updates to multiple influencers simultaneously.
What are message templates?
Templates are pre-written messages stored under Messages > Templates. There are default templates for invites, gifting, general messages, welcome messages, and commission or discount updates. You can edit existing ones or create new ones with AI assistance.
What is Tone of Voice?
Tone of Voice captures your brand's communication style and applies it to AI-generated message templates. Set it by syncing your website URL, then fine-tune it with sliders (formal to informal, serious to playful). Changes only affect new or updated templates.
UGC (user-generated content)
What is the UGC Feed?
The UGC Feed monitors organic social posts mentioning your brand by tracking hashtags, handles, and keywords across Instagram and TikTok. It auto-refreshes several times per day. From any post, you can invite, gift, message, or favourite the creator.
What is Content Rights?
Content Rights is where you manage brand agreements — offers you send to creators to boost, whitelist, license, or purchase their content.
What types of agreements can I send? There are four types:
Sponsored Boost: amplify existing creator content via paid media
Whitelist/Spark Ad: use creator content in paid placements like Spark Ads
License Existing Content: license already-published content
Commission New Content: commission new brand-specific content
Can I edit an agreement after sending it?
Yes. You can edit the contract language directly in Endlss after sending. Offers can also be duplicated, cancelled, or deleted from the Agreements section.
What are Completed Agreements?
This tab shows agreements where all deliverables have been met. Mark an accepted agreement as complete to move it here.
Analytics & payouts
What does the Analytics Dashboard show?
Total revenue, link conversion (clicks, orders, conversion rate), new customers acquired, cost of acquisition, top influencers by revenue, and gifting ROI. All filterable by date range.
What does the Social analytics section show?
Link conversion data broken down by influencer, including clicks, orders, total revenue, and average clicks per influencer. You can export this as a CSV.
What does the Creators analytics section show?
Average revenue per influencer, active partnerships, total orders, average new customers per influencer, and a table of top performers with orders, conversion rate, commission, and revenue.
What does the Payouts section show? Two tabs:
Pending: upcoming estimated payouts broken down by commission and processing fees
Paid: historical payout records with commission, processing fee, total amount, and downloadable spreadsheets per pay date
How do I download a payout report?
Go to Analytics > Payouts > Paid, select the relevant payment date, and select Download.
Billing & plans
What does Endlss cost?
There's a free plan available. Paid plans are managed through Shopify Billing. For a full breakdown, visit getendlss.com/pricing.
What processing fees does Endlss charge?
1.5% of the order subtotal for US bank transfer
2% for credit card
An additional 1.5% international processing fee applies for non-US credit cards
These fees cover Stripe transaction costs, currency exchange, international payment handling, and banking compliance.
When am I charged for influencer commissions?
Commissions are calculated weekly (Monday to Sunday) and charged 30 days after the close of that period. This allows time for returns and refunds. If an order is refunded within that window, you won't be charged for it.
What happens if my bank transfer fails?
You'll be notified by email, your payment method automatically switches to credit card, and you have 7 days to update it back to bank transfer before credit card billing resumes.
What happens if I hit my plan's limits?
Counters turn orange as you approach limits and red when exceeded. Advanced Influencer Reports and Applicants will be blocked, but roster seats are never blocked. Upgrade anytime from Billing > Explore Plans.
Who can manage billing?
Only the account owner can make changes to billing and subscriptions.
Chrome extension
What is the Endlss Chrome extension?
The Chrome extension lets you access advanced influencer reports while browsing Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube directly. It's separate from the Discover feature in the portal, which you access from your dashboard.
