Gift cards are an easy way to thank influencers for a great post or a strong sales week. This guide shows you how to send a gift card from an influencer’s profile on Endlss and keep track of their balance.
What is a gift card on Endlss?
A gift card on Endlss is a Shopify gift card created on your store for the influencer’s email address. Here’s how it works:
Each influencer has one gift card. Every reward you send after the first adds to the same card.
Shopify emails the influencer their code and balance from your store.
The influencer can spend their balance at checkout right away.
Note: Gift cards are created in the Shopify store connected to your Endlss account.
How do I send a gift card to an influencer?
You can send a gift card from any influencer’s profile in your roster.
Go to Roster in the left menu.
Select the influencer’s name to open their Profile.
In the Details tab, click the 3 horizontal dots and select Send gift card.
Enter an amount in Amount (USD), or select $10, $25, $50, or $100.
Add a note in Reason (optional) if you’d like a record of why you sent it.
Review the summary to confirm the amount you’re adding and the new balance.
Select the checkbox to confirm the influencer can spend the gift card right away.
Select Send gift card.
How do I check an influencer’s gift card balance?
Once you’ve sent a gift card, the Gift card section in the influencer’s Details tab shows:
Balance: The amount left to spend, plus the last four characters of the code.
Issued: The total you’ve added to the card.
Spent: How much the influencer has used at checkout.
History: Each amount added, with the date and the teammate who sent it.
An Active label at the top of the section means the card is ready to use.
How do I add more to an existing gift card?
You can top up a gift card anytime from the influencer’s profile.
Open the influencer’s Profile.
In the Gift card section, select Add to gift card.
Enter an amount, confirm, and select Send gift card.
The new amount adds to the influencer’s current balance.
Can I send gift cards automatically?

Frequently asked questions
Can the influencer see the reason I add?
No. The reason is saved on the gift card in Shopify and in your records on Endlss. The influencer doesn’t see it.
Who sends the gift card email?
Shopify emails the gift card code and balance to the influencer from your store. Double-check the influencer’s email on their profile before you send.
