What gets set up during onboarding?
Endlss guides you through the essentials when you first sign up.

How do I connect my Shopify store?
Connecting Shopify unlocks gifting, commission tracking, and sales attribution. It's the most important step in your setup.
Go to Settings
Select Integrations
Connect Ecommerce
Select Shopify and follow the prompts
The connection takes about two minutes. If you skipped this during onboarding, you can complete it any time from Settings.
š„ Hot tip š„ Gifting and Smart Link attribution only work once Shopify is connected. Connect it before sending your first invite.
How do I review my Creator Match suggestions?
Endlss surfaces influencers who fit your brand automatically. You can review them as soon as onboarding is complete.
Select Creators from the main navigation
Select the Match tab
Review each suggestion and select Save to Favorites or Add to Sequence
How do I update my performance tiers?
Tiers are pre-created during onboarding with default commission rates and gifting rules. You can adjust them at any time.
Select Roster from the main navigation
Select Tiers
Select the tier you want to edit and update the commission rate, gift, or deliverables
Select Save
How do I edit my application form?
Your branded application form is set up during onboarding. To make changes:
Select Settings
Select Application Form
Update your brand color, requirements, or questions
Select Save
FAQs
Can I skip steps during onboarding and come back to them?
Yes. Most steps can be completed or updated after onboarding from Settings or the relevant section of the platform. Shopify is the one step worth completing as soon as possible since it unlocks the most functionality.
What if I want to change my starter gift bundle?
Your starter bundle can be edited any time. Go to Gifting, select your bundle, and update the products or variants. Changes apply to future invites only.
What is a default outreach sequence?
It's a pre-built series of messages sent to influencers automatically after they join your roster. You can edit or replace it from the Outreach section.
