🎥 Watch how to create and send UGC agreements to protect your brand and set clear expectations.

What types of offers can I create?

You can build four types of agreements:

  • Boost: Amplify existing creator content through paid media.

  • Whitelist: Use creator content in paid placements (e.g., Spark Ads).

  • Purchase Existing Content: License content that a creator has already posted.

  • Purchase New Content: Commission creators to produce and license brand-specific content.

Each offer follows the same step-by-step structure inside the Offer Builder.

  1. Start from Brand>Agreements section: Select Create Offer.

  2. Choose your offer type: Boost, Whitelist, Purchase Existing, or Purchase New.

  3. Add the creator:

    • Enter a new creator’s name and email.

  4. Define the content:

    • Add an offer title.

    • Choose the platform: Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.

    • Paste a content link.

  5. Set usage rights:

    • License type: Exclusive, Non-exclusive, Limited Use.

    • Placement options vary by platform.

    • Target countries and editing rights (where applicable).

    • Define payment terms and performance bonuses.

    • Input invoice and billing details.

🔥 Hot Tip: You can save your progress at any time using Save as Draft.

What happens after I create an offer?

  • Preview and Send: Review the full contract in the preview modal, where you can edit the agreement.

  • Send via Tokenized Link: Influencers receive a secure link to view and respond to the offer.

  • Track Offer Status: Offers move through statuses like Draft, Sent for Review, Changes Requested, Accepted, Completed, Cancelled, or Declined.

  • Chat Integration: All updates (like change requests or acceptances) appear as system messages in brand chat.

Can I edit an offer after sending it?

Yes! You can:

  • Edit the contract directly on Endlss (for legal language).

Where can I find all my offers?

Go to Agreements > Offers in the brand menu:

  • View and filter offers by offer type or status.

  • Access Completed Offers in a dedicated tab.

  • Use the Duplicate, Cancel, or Delete options from the offer menu.
