Every influencer’s profile has a place for their documents. Agreements you send through Endlss show up there automatically, and you can upload your own contracts too. This article covers how to find, view, download, and upload them.
How do I find an influencer’s documents?
You’ll find documents on each influencer’s profile.
Go to Creators > Roster
Select the influencer to open their profile
Under Details, scroll down to Documents
What shows up automatically?
Agreements you send through Endlss are added to the influencer’s profile on their own. You don’t need to save or move anything.
From the profile, you can:
Select an agreement to view it
Download a copy for your records
How do I upload my own agreement?
You can store contracts you signed outside Endlss alongside the ones you sent in Endlss.
Open the influencer’s profile
Go to Documents
Select Upload
Choose the file from your computer
Every upload is scanned for viruses before you can open it. Files that pass work just like any other document on the profile.

Frequently asked questions
Do I still need to go to Content Rights to find agreements?
No. Agreements are still listed in UGC > Content Rights, but you can also view and download them from the influencer’s profile. Use whichever is closer to what you’re working on.
What happens if my file doesn’t pass the virus scan?
The file is quarantined, so it can’t be opened or downloaded. Try uploading a clean copy of the file.
