How to use Discover
1. Access the Discover section
Go to Influencers > Discover from the main navigation.
You must have an active subscription to use this feature.
2. Search and filter influencers
Use filters like platform, engagement rate, audience size, and location.
Results display influencer's name, handle, platform, and key metrics.

3. Explore influencers' profiles
Dive deeper into performance metrics, audience insights, and recent content.
Click Send Invite to start a partnership or click the heart icon to favorite for later.
4. Favorite influencers
Click the heart icon to save profiles.
View all saved profiles under Influencers > Favourites.
5. Send invites
From any profile, click Send Invite to initiate contact.
Track all invites under Pending Invites.

FAQs
Why can’t I load some creator profiles?
Some creators—especially those with lower follower counts (around under 1,000)—may not have full profile data available right away.
This can happen because:
Data is still being gathered from third-party sources
The creator hasn’t been fully indexed yet
What should I do if a profile doesn’t load?
If a profile doesn’t load or shows limited data:
Wait up to 1 minute, then try again
Close and reopen the profile to refresh data
Save the creator to Favorites and revisit later
In many cases, more data becomes available shortly after the initial search.
Why does it say “limited information available”?
This message appears when:
The creator’s data is still being collected
Only partial metrics are currently available
You can still:
View basic profile info
Favorite the creator
Return later to see updated insights
Will retrying always work?
Not always.
Retrying can help surface some data
However, full metrics may take time to populate
Some creators may continue to show limited data initially
Can I still work with creators who have limited data?
Yes.
Even with limited data, you can:
Save creators
Add to Favorites and Favorite Lists
This is especially useful for nano and micro creators with highly engaged audiences.
