How to Remove Influencers from the Endlss Brand Portal

Easily revoke access and manage your influencer list while keeping campaign data intact.

When it’s time to end a collaboration or clean up your list, Endlss makes it simple to remove influencers while preserving important insights. This guide walks you through the process and what to expect.


🚫 How Do I Remove an Influencer?

Follow these steps in the Brand Portal:

  1. Locate the influencer’s profile under Influencers.

  2. Select the three-dot menu.

  3. Choose Remove Influencer.

  4. A confirmation popup will appear:

    • Influencer access will be revoked.

    • Their Smart Links will be deactivated.

    • You can re-invite them later if needed.

  5. Select Remove or Cancel.

  6. A confirmation banner will appear. The influencer will disappear from your active list, and your influencer count will update.


👀 What Happens to Their Profile and Data?

  • Once removed, the influencer’s profile is no longer visible.

  • If you revisit their old profile link, no data will be shown.

However, in special cases:

  • Top revenue, orders, and accepted gifts stay clickable for performance tracking.

  • Unaccepted gifts are automatically canceled and removed.

  • Accepted gifts remain, but the influencer is tagged as "removed/deactivated."


🔄 Can I Re-Invite a Removed Influencer?

Yes. Here’s how it works:

  • Invite the influencer again.

  • Once they accept, all their previous data is restored automatically.

  • Clicking their name in past records will once again take you to their full profile.
