The gifts table shows every gift across channels. Here's how to narrow it to TikTok Shop:
Go to Roster > Send gifts.
Select Channel.
Choose TikTok.
Each gift shows the influencer, product, channel, date gifted, last activity, and status. Use Search to find a specific influencer.
What do TikTok Shop gift statuses mean?
Each gift moves through a status as the influencer responds.
Status | What it means |
Accepted | The influencer accepted the gift. |
Completed | The gift is complete. |
