When sending a gift or setting up tier gifts, you can search the product selection screen using a product's SKU — not just its name.
Open the Send gift flow or navigate to your Tier gift settings
Select Add products
In the search bar, type the product SKU
Select the product from the results to add it to your gift
This is useful when you have multiple product variants or similar product names and want to pinpoint the exact item.

How do I search my roster by influencer handle?
You can filter your Roster view by typing an influencer's social handle directly into the search bar.
Go to Creators in the left nav
Select Roster
Type the influencer's handle in the search bar
Matching results will appear in the list
This makes it easy to pull up a specific influencer without scrolling through your full roster.
