You can add notes to any influencer's profile to capture key information about your working relationship. Notes are saved under the Activity tab and can be pinned so the most important details are always easy to find.
How do I add a note?
Go to Creators and select the influencer you want to add a note for
Select the Activity tab on their profile
Select the + icon to open a new note
Type your note in the text field
Select Save
Your note will appear in the Activity feed.
How do I pin a note?
Find the note you want to pin in the Activity tab
Select the pin icon on the note
The note will move to the Pinned Notes section at the top of the activity feed
Pinned notes stay visible at the top so you don't have to scroll to find them.
How do I delete a note?
Find the note you want to delete in the Activity tab
Select the pencil icon to open the note in edit mode
Select the delete icon
A confirmation prompt will appear asking: Are you sure you want to delete this note? This can't be undone
Select Delete to confirm, or Cancel if you've changed your mind
Once deleted, the note is permanently removed and can't be recovered.
Why use pinned notes?
Notes are useful for storing information you'll want to reference often, like:
Commission agreements or special terms
Content preferences or brand guidelines shared by the influencer
Follow-up reminders
Context from past conversations
Pinning ensures the most critical details are front and center every time you open their profile.

Can I edit a note after saving it?
Yes. Select the pencil icon on any note to open it in edit mode.
Can I unpin a note without deleting it?
Yes. Select the pin icon again to unpin it. The note stays in your Activity feed; it just won't appear in the pinned section.
