🤝 What is a Roster in Endlss?
Your Roster is the total list of influencers you’ve engaged or invited to collaborate.
It includes:
Influencers who have accepted an invite
Influencers who have been accepted via the application form and created an ENDLSS influencer account.
Influencers who have received an offer (regardless of status)
🟣 Note: Pending invites do not count toward your Roster limit: they are displayed separately under a "Pending" tab.
🚀 What Is the Active Roster?
The Active Roster highlights your high-performing influencers—the ones who are driving traffic, views, and revenue.
An influencer is added to your Active Roster when they:
Accept a brand invite
Accept a gift
Engage with a Smart Link (clicks/views)
Receive an offer that is:
Sent for review
Changes requested
Accepted
🔥 Hot Tip: Once an offer becomes inactive (e.g. declined or completed), it still counts for that billing cycle's Active Roster.

🖥️ Navigating the Roster in Your Dashboard
Inside the Roster section of your dashboard, you’ll see three clear categories:
All: The total list of influencers you’ve engaged with.
Active Roster: Influencers who are actively contributing through offers, Smart Links, gifts, or engagement
Pending: Influencers you’ve invited but who haven’t yet accepted, and expired invites.
This visibility allows you to:
Manage your Roster within your plan limits
Keep outreach and relationships organized as you scale

Q: Does the Active Roster reset every month?
Yes. Your Active Roster resets at the beginning of each billing cycle to reflect your current contributors.
Q: Are pending invites counted toward my Roster limit?
No. Pending invites are excluded and displayed in their own section.
Q: What if an influencer’s offer is declined—do they still count toward Active Roster?
Yes, if the offer was once active during the billing cycle, it will still count toward that month’s Active Roster. The offer will not count toward the Active roster in the next billing cycle.
Q: Can I see who’s in my Active Roster at any time?
Absolutely. Just head to the Roster section in your brand account. You can easily click on the “ACTIVE” button to view your list of Active influencers contributing to views, sales and revenue.
Q: Is there a way to upgrade my plan if I’m approaching my limits?
Yes, you’ll receive a notification when you’re close to hitting a limit. You can upgrade directly from the in-app prompt or reach out to support for help.
