This guide breaks down the commission processing fees and payment terms for brands on Endlss. You'll see what's in each brand payment, what you pay by plan and payment method, and when charges happen.
What's included in a brand payment?
Each brand payment on Endlss has two parts:
Influencer commission: the rate you set and the influencer accepts when they join your campaign or connect to your store
Commission processing fee: a fixed-rate fee that covers payment, currency exchange, and banking costs through Stripe Connect
The processing fee is calculated on the full sale amount, not the commission.
Note: You're only charged commission for influencers who've finished payout setup. If an influencer doesn't finish setup within 90 days of order fulfillment, that commission expires and is never charged.
How much is the commission processing fee?
Your rate depends on your plan and the payment method on file when you're charged.

The same rates apply to ad hoc payments you send with Send Money, calculated on the amount sent.
A few things to know:
There's no extra fee for international or non-US cards.
There's no processing fee on gifts.
There's no processing fee on TikTok Shop sales, since TikTok pays influencers directly.

What does a brand payment look like?
Here's an example with a $100 sale and a 10% influencer commission.

When are you charged?
Brand payments follow a weekly cycle:
Each payment covers orders fulfilled in one week, Monday to Sunday.
You're charged 30 days after that week closes, which leaves time for returns and refunds.
All dates use Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
How do I download my payment reports?
You can download a detailed report of commission payments and processing fees for each payment date.
Go to Reports.
Select Payouts.
Select Paid.
Select the payment date.
Download the report for that payment.
Frequently asked questions
What if an order is refunded before I'm charged?
You won't be charged the influencer commission or processing fee for that order. You're still responsible for handling the return, refund, and customer service.
What happens if a bank transfer fails?
We'll email you, and your payment method switches to credit card at the 3.5% rate. You have seven days to switch back to bank transfer before credit card billing resumes.
Who's responsible for sales tax?
You are. Brands remit all applicable sales taxes and any other taxes tied to sales made through Endlss.
Why does Endlss charge a processing fee?
It covers Stripe transaction and payout costs, currency exchange, and banking and compliance costs. Endlss uses a fixed rate so your pricing stays predictable, even when actual costs vary by payment method or country.
