This guide shows you how to add a payment method for commission payments on Endlss. Connecting a US bank account gives you a lower processing fee than paying by credit card.
Note: This covers commission payments only. Subscriptions are charged to your credit card on file. If no bank account is connected, commission payments use that card by default.
How much is the processing fee for each payment method?
Your processing fee depends on your plan and the payment method you have connected.
Payment method | Starter | Activate, Grow, and Scale |
Bank transfer (ACH) | 2% | 1.5% |
Credit card | 3.5% | 3.5% |

Where do I add my payment information?
You'll find your commission payment settings in billing.
Go to Settings.
Select Manage Billing.
Find the Commission and Processing Fee Payout Details section.
In this section, you'll see:
Payment Method: shows a dash (-) if nothing is connected
Processing Fee: your current rate
Connect: starts the bank account setup
How do I connect my bank account?
Follow these steps to connect your bank:
Select Connect.
Enter your Email and Full Name.
Search for your bank, or enter your banking details manually.
Note: Manual entry can take one to three business days to verify.
Once your bank is connected:
Your payment method shows your bank account, for example bank account ending in 6789.
Your processing fee drops to the bank transfer rate for your plan.
You can disconnect or view your processing fee details anytime.
What do the bank account statuses mean?
Here's what each status means and what to do next.
Status | What it means | What to do |
Bank account in review | Your bank is being verified. You'll pay the 3.5% credit card rate until it's approved. | Wait for approval. Your rate updates automatically. |
Bank account not connected | The connection failed. You'll keep paying the 3.5% credit card rate. | Select Connect to try again. |
A dash (-) in both Subscription and Commission | Nothing is connected. Commission payments use your credit card on file at 3.5%. | Select Connect to add a bank account. |
Frequently asked questions
Can I connect a bank account outside the US?
Not yet. Only US bank accounts are supported right now. If you're outside the US, email hello@endlss.io to share your interest in international options.
Is there an extra fee if my credit card is issued outside the US?
No. Cards issued outside the US pay the same 3.5% rate as US cards.
