Commission Payments Only
This article covers payment details for commission payments only. All subscriptions are charged to your credit card on file. If no bank account is connected, your subscription card will be used for commission payments by default.
Where to Add Your Payment Information
To get started:
Go to Profile > Account.
Select Manage Billing, and see the Commission and Processing Fee Payout Details section.
Here you’ll see:
Payment Method ("-" if none connected)
Processing Fee (typically 2%)
A Connect button to begin the setup
How to Connect Your Bank Account
Select Connect.
Enter your Email and Full Name.
Search for your bank or manually enter your banking details.
Manual entry may take 1–3 business days to verify.
After Connecting
Once your bank is successfully connected:
Your payment method will update (e.g., bank account ending in 6789).
Your commission Processing Fee will drop to 1.5%.
You can disconnect or view Processing fee details anytime.
What You Might See
✨ Bank Under Review
Tag: Bank account in review
Processing Fee: Still 2% until approved
Message: "Processing Fee will update to 1.5% once approved"
❌ Connection Failed
Tag: Bank account not connected
You’ll continue to be charged 2%
Action: Reconnect to activate the lower rate
❓ Nothing Connected
Both Subscription and Commission sections show "-"
Commission payments default to your credit card on file
Processing Fee remains 2%
