How Do I Add My Payment Information as a Brand User on Endlss?

Easily connect your U.S. bank account to reduce your commission Service Fee from 6% to 5%.

Commission Payments Only

This article covers payment details for commission payments only. All subscriptions are charged to your credit card on file. If no bank account is connected, your subscription card will be used for commission payments by default.


Where to Add Your Payment Information

To get started:

  1. Go to Profile > Billing.

  2. Scroll to the Commission Payment Details section.

  3. Here you’ll see:

    • Current Payment Method ("-" if none connected)

    • Service Fee (typically 6% + $0.30)

    • A Connect button to begin the setup


How to Connect Your Bank Account

  1. Select Connect.

  2. Enter your Email and Full Name.

  3. Search for your bank or manually enter your banking details.

    • Manual entry may take 1–3 business days to verify.


After Connecting

Once your bank is successfully connected:

  • Your payment method will update (e.g., bank account ending in 6789).

  • Your commission Service Fee will drop to 5%.

  • You can disconnect or view service fee details anytime.


What You Might See

✨ Bank Under Review

  • Tag: Bank account in review

  • Service Fee: Still 6% + $0.30 until approved

  • Message: "Service Fee will update to 5% once approved"

❌ Connection Failed

  • Tag: Bank account not connected

  • You’ll continue to be charged 6% + $0.30

  • Action: Reconnect to activate the lower rate

❓ Nothing Connected

  • Both Subscription and Commission sections show "-"

  • Commission payments default to your credit card on file

  • Service Fee remains 6% + $0.30
