At Endlss, we strive to provide clarity and transparency regarding the fees and payment terms associated with our services. Here’s a comprehensive guide to help you understand any applicable fees and what to expect:
Endlss Checkout For Brands:
Service Fees:
Endlss Transaction Fee: This fee is calculated as a percentage of your gross sale proceeds (excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, and handling charges) from the sales of your products facilitated by Endlss.
Payment Processing Fee: A non-refundable payment processing fee of 3.15% plus $0.35 USD will apply to each transaction. Additional International Processing Fees may apply, see here for further details.
Payment Terms:
Your Brand Payment Amount is calculated on a weekly basis based on your order fulfillment dates for a 7-day period (starting from Tuesdays to the following Mondays). Your Brand Payment Amount is then held for thirty (30) days before being remitted to you on the first Wednesday following this holdback period. Any refunds processed during the holdback period will be deducted from your next weekly Brand Payment Amount (see Refunds below).
Returns & Refunds:
You are responsible for handling returns, authorizing refunds, and managing customer service inquiries.
For refunds processed within thirty (30) days from the order fulfillment date, Endlss will refund you the Endlss Transaction Fee and Seller Commission.
For any customer refunds processed after 30 days, there will be no refund of the Endlss Transaction Fee or Seller Commission.
Taxes:
Endlss collects sales tax on your behalf from the Customer based on the setup of your E-commerce platform as well as the shipping address of the Customer.
Sales taxes collected on your behalf is included in the Brand Payment Amount.
You are responsible for remitting any and all sales taxes to all applicable jurisdictions.
You are also responsible for paying any other applicable taxes on sales generated through Endlss’ services.

This page is expressly incorporated into and made pursuant to the Terms of Service (“TOS”). The content herein forms an integral part of the TOS and represent the Service Fees and/or Applicable Plan Fees relevant to your Services.
