This guide covers how to change your Endlss plan, update your billing info, or cancel your subscription. All plan changes happen through your Shopify admin.
đ§ How to Manage Billing
Select More (next to the notification bell)
Choose Manage Billing
Navigate to the âExplore our Plansâ Tab
Select Manage or Upgrade
đĄ Please ensure you install our âENDLSSâ app in your Shopify admin store. This is a prerequisite to subscribing to our plans. This will seamlessly integrate with your Shopify credentials and eliminate any manual effort.

This will take you to your Shopify Admin, our secure billing partner, where you can:
Upgrade or downgrade your plan
Update your payment method
Review your current billing cycle
đ How do I cancel my Endlss subscription?
đĄYour Endlss subscription is billed through Shopify, so you can only cancel it by uninstalling the Endlss app from your Shopify admin. You can't cancel from the Endlss Brand Portal.
Follow these steps in your Shopify admin:
Go to Settings.
Select Apps and Sales Channels.
Select Installed.
Select Endlss.
Scroll down and select Uninstall App.
Add a reason for leaving in the pop-up. This step is optional.
Select Uninstall to confirm.

Your subscription renews automatically (monthly or annually).
Downgrades and cancellations can be made at any time.
If you cancel, you retain full access until the end of your billing period.
Only the account owner can make changes to billing and subscriptions.
