What Questions Can I Ask My AI Program Manager in Endlss

A reference for getting the most out of your AI program manager. Ask in plain language. Describe what you want to know or do, not the mechanics of how to do it.

Before diving in and asking questions, make sure you've run the Brand Context so your AI has an up-to-date file with knowledge of your program and strategy.

Once that's done, start each day by running the Ambassador PM -- this is your day-to-day program management tool, and it will always surface recommended actions.

For a quick snapshot of where your program stands, run the Program Pulse at any time. The example questions below cover all the different tasks you might want to tackle.

When you know what action you want, include it in the question. When the data should decide the action, just ask the question and let the assistant close the loop.

Performance and Revenue

  • Rank my roster by revenue per gift sent.

  • What is my return on gifting this quarter? My average product cost is $X.

Daily Triage

  • What do I need to handle today?

Retention and Churn Risk

  • Which active creators are showing early churn signals, and how much monthly revenue is at risk if they leave?

  • Who churned in the last 90 days? Were any of them high performers worth winning back?

  • Which top-tier creators haven't been gifted or messaged in 30 days? Draft a touch-base for each.

Pipeline and Recruitment

  • How healthy is my pipeline right now, and where am I short?

  • Based on my 90-day activation and conversion rate, how many new creators do I need this month to hit target? Run a recruiting sprint to close the gap.

  • Find new creators who look like my best performers and draft invites at the right tier.

  • Which invites have gone stale? Resend them with a fresh message.

Activation and Onboarding

  • Of the creators I onboarded in the last 60 days, how many have made a first sale?

  • Which recently gifted creators never posted or sold?

Tiers and Rewards

  • Who should I promote a tier based on last month? Send each a congrats message with a gift.

  • Is anyone sitting in a high tier they no longer earn, and what would right-sizing save me?

  • Build me a tier structure that rewards order volume, not just revenue.

Gifting and Spend Efficiency

  • Which gifted creators converted within 30 days and which didn't?

  • Restock my best converters with the same gift, and skip the ones who never sold.

  • What is my order-to-gift ratio across the roster this quarter?

Content and UGC

  • Run a report of my top UGC by engagement and revenue per creator.

  • Which creator and content format combination drives the most sales?

  • Find the UGC worth boosting as paid media and draft the offer to license it.

Creator Outreach

  • Which creators haven't posted this month? Message each asking what content they need from us to get going.

  • Who hasn't responded to my last message in more than 7 days? Send each a short follow-up.

  • Which creators have an unaccepted gift right now? Message each to let them know it's waiting.

  • Which creators haven't posted, haven't sold, and haven't replied to a message this month? Send each a re-engagement message.

Roster Hygiene

  • Which creators have had no sale, no post, and no message reply in the last 60 days? Send each a last-chance message.

  • Who have I gifted more than twice with no sale and no post? Draft a message asking if they still want to be part of the program.

  • Which creators haven't responded to my last-chance message? Archive them.

  • Who has been on the roster more than 90 days with zero orders? Send each one clear ask before I make a call on them.

Sequences

  • Which of my active sequences have the lowest reply rates? Rewrite the lowest-performing step.

  • Which creators are stuck at the last step of a sequence with no reply? Send each a direct message to move them forward.

  • Compare my sequences by enrollment count versus completion rate.

  • Which sequences have response drafts waiting on my approval? Show me the oldest ones first.

  • Which sequence step is losing the most creators? Suggest a rewrite with a stronger call to action.

Recurring Reports

  • Run my weekly program report.

  • Run my monthly report with cohort and conversion trends.

  • Morning triage: what do I need to handle today?

  • Here is my brand metrics export. Run a health check.

A note on gifting ROI: gift records don't carry dollar values, so any return-on-gifting calculation uses the average product cost you provide. Always include it when asking ROI questions.
