How to Export Applicant Data from Your Endlss Application Form

Export your applicant list as a CSV to review and manage influencer application data outside of Endlss

What is the applicants export?

The Applicants section in Endlss lets you see everyone who has applied to join your program through your application form. You can export this data as a CSV so it's easy to sort, filter, or share with your team.

How do I export my applicant data?

  1. From your Endlss dashboard, select Creators in the left navigation

  2. Select Applicants

  3. Select the Export button in the top right corner

  4. In the Export applicants panel that appears, set your filters:

    • Tier -- choose a specific tier or leave it as All tiers

    • Applied date -- set a start and end date to filter by application window (optional)

    • Status -- select one or more statuses: Accepted, Pending, or Declined

  5. Select Export CSV to download your file

Your CSV will include all applicants that match the filters you selected.

Can I filter before exporting?

Yes. You can use the status filter on the Applicants page before opening the export panel -- or apply filters directly inside the export panel. Both work independently, so you can narrow things down either way.

šŸ”„ Hot tip šŸ”„ If you only want to export accepted influencers, deselect Pending and Declined in the Status section before exporting. This keeps your CSV clean and ready to use.

FAQs

Why don't I see an accepted date for some applicants?

If an applicant hasn't been accepted yet (or was declined), the accepted date column will be empty. That's expected.

Can I export applicants from a specific date range?

Yes. Use the Applied date fields in the export panel to set a start and end date. Only applicants who applied within that window will be included in the export.
