What is a Sequence?
A Sequence is an automated workflow that moves an influencer through your recruitment process step by step.
Each Sequence can include:
Outreach emails (with smart variables like
[influencer_name]and[brand_name])Wait periods between steps
Follow-up emails based on response outcomes
A gift send
An invitation into a tier with commission and discount set automatically
When an influencer responds positively, they're assigned to a tier, and a welcome message is sent on your behalf. If they reply with a question, Endlss drafts a response for you to review and approve before it goes out.
How do I create a Sequence?
Go to Creators in the left nav, then select Sequences
Select + Create Sequence
Enter a name and select Create
Select + Add Step to begin building your workflow
What step types can I add?
Each step in a Sequence has a Step type. The options are:
Send email -- outreach or follow-up message with subject, body, and response outcome settings
Send invite -- automatically invites the influencer into a tier with commission and discount applied
Send gift -- sends a gift bundle to the influencer at that point in the flow
You can set a wait period between steps so messages aren't sent back to back.
How do I set up a Send invite step?
Add a new step and set Step type to Send invite
Under Invite into tier, select the tier you want to assign (for example, Ambassador)
The commission and consumer discount for that tier will populate automatically
Add your welcome message in the Subject and Message fields using the available variables
How do I link a Favorites list to a Sequence?
Linking a Favorites list means every influencer you save to that list is enrolled in the Sequence automatically.
Open your Sequence and go to Enrolled creators
Select + Funnel Another List
Choose the Favourites list you want to connect
From that point, any influencer added to the list will move through the Sequence without any extra steps from you.

FAQs
Can I see how my Sequence is performing?
Yes. Select the Analytics tab inside any Sequence to see an overview and per-step breakdown, including emails sent, open rate, click rate, and how many influencers are at each stage.
What happens when a Sequence is archived?
Archived Sequences stop enrolling new influencers and won't send any further messages. Influencers already in the flow are paused at their current step.
