Instagram messages bring your Instagram DMs into the Endlss inbox. This guide walks brands through connecting Instagram, messaging influencers, and the messaging rules Instagram sets.
What do I need before connecting Instagram?
Check these three things before you start:
Your Instagram account is a professional account.
Your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook Page.
The Facebook account you connect with is an admin of that Page.
How do I connect Instagram to Endlss?
You'll connect Instagram through Facebook.
Go to Messages > Inbox.
In the Bring Instagram DMs into your inbox banner, select Continue with Facebook.
Log in to Facebook, if prompted, or click Continue if logged in.
Choose which Pages Endlss can access.
Choose which Businesses Endlss can access.
Choose which Instagram accounts Endlss can access.
Review the access request and select Save.
Select Got it.
You'll return to Endlss and see a confirmation that Instagram connected successfully.

How do I message influencers on Instagram?
When an influencer sends a DM to your Instagram account or tags your brand in a story, the conversation appears in your Endlss inbox. Their replies show up there too, so there's no need to switch apps.
To reply to an Instagram message:
Go to Messages > Inbox.
Under Channels, select Instagram.
Select a conversation.
Enter your message in the Write a message field.
Select the send icon.
Instagram conversations are labeled with the influencer's Instagram handle and show Instagram as the channel.
What are the rules for Instagram messages?
Instagram sets a few limits on business messaging:
You can reply for a limited time (up to 7 days) after an influencer's last message. The countdown above the message field shows how long you have left.
Once the reply window closes, you can reply again after the influencer sends a new DM or tags your brand in a story.
You can send images in Instagram messages, but other files aren't supported.
Each message can be up to 1,000 characters.

Can I start an Instagram conversation with an influencer?
No. Endlss only lets brands message an influencer after they've sent your account a DM or tagged your brand in a story. Once they do, you can reply from your Endlss inbox.
Why can't I connect my Instagram account?
The account usually isn't a professional account, isn't linked to a Facebook Page, or you're not an admin of that Page. Check all three, then try connecting again.
How do I disconnect Instagram from Endlss?
Go to Settings > Connect Instagram and select Disconnect. You'll find Connect Instagram under Integrations & connections.
