Whether you’re building your influencer roster or scaling fast, Endlss helps you track and manage your plan limits without stopping progress. This guide explains what happens as you approach or exceed your usage caps across reports, rosters, and applicants.

📊 What’s Included in Each Plan?

Every plan includes a set number of:

  • Enriched Influencer Reports (resets monthly)

  • Roster seats (cumulative over time)

  • Applicants

  • Team Seats (cumulative over time)

👉 For a detailed breakdown by plan, check out the Pricing Page.

⚠️ What Happens When You’re Close to Your Limit?

We make it easy to stay informed so there are no surprises:

  • In-app alerts appear when you’re within 10 seats/reports/applicants of your limit

  • Counters turn orange as you near thresholds

🔁 These notifications apply to:

  • Roster seats

  • Advanced Influencer Reports

  • Applicants

🚨 What Happens When You Exceed Your Limit?

Even if you pass your limit, we keep you going—with visibility and options:

  • Counters turn red in:

    • My Roster → Active Partnerships

    • Discover → Influencer Reports

    • Applicants → Influencer Reports

    • Billing → My Plan Usage

  • In-app alert lets you know you’ve exceeded your limit and prompts you to upgrade

  • No blocks for:

    • Roster seats (Free, Activate, Grow, and Scale)

  • Blocked states will show for:

    • Advanced Influencer Reports

    • Applicants

🟢 You’ll still see these features, but some actions will be restricted until you upgrade.

🔁 What Resets and What Doesn’t?

  • Roster keeps building and doesn’t reset

  • Pending invites don’t count toward your limit

❓FAQs

Will I be blocked if I exceed my limit?
Not entirely. You’ll see visual alerts and blocked states only for Advanced Reports and Applicants. Core functionality remains active.

Why is a feature showing “Blocked”?
That means you’ve exceeded your plan’s limit for that feature. You’ll still see it, but new actions (like generating a report) won’t work unless you upgrade.

Can I still accept creators on the Free or Activate plan?
Yes. There are no Roster blocks on Free, Activate, Grow, or Scale plans.

Can I upgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Tap the alert or go to Billing → Explore Plans to review options.

✅ You’re always in control—with clear counters, smart alerts, and a system that works with you as you grow.
