How to Remove Influencers

This article will guide you through the process of removing Influencers to deactivate collections and revoke access to products effectively.

To remove an influencer, follow these steps in the Brand Portal to deactivate their collections and revoke their access to your products.

  1. Locate the specific influencer's profile.

  2. Click on the 3 dots and select "Remove Influencer" button.

    1. A confirmation popup will show up with details that revoking influencer access deactivates their collections but you can re-invite them later.

    2. Decide whether to "Remove" or "Cancel."

  3. A banner will confirm the influencer's removal. The influencer will disappear from the Influencer's section, and the influencer count will update.

    • When you access an influencer profile that has been removed, you’ll no longer be able to see their details.

Special Situations:

  • If the influencer has top revenue data, orders, and accepted gifts, these sections will stay clickable.

  • Unaccepted gifts will be canceled and removed from the gifting section, while accepted gifts will show with the influencer's name tagged as "removed/deactivated."

Re-Inviting an Influencer:

  • When you invite a removed influencer back and they accept, all previous data will be restored.

  • Clicking on the influencer's name in past records will take you to their profile.
