Efficiently streamline your brand management by quickly adding multiple influencers to your brand portal with our easy-to-follow guide. ​

- Head over to the 'Invite Influencers' section in your brand portal.
- You’ll see a new tab called 'Bulk Invite' next to the individual invite form. Click on it to get started.
- You can invite up to 100 influencers at once per batch/upload. 🙌
 Hot tip 🔥 For the best experience, Bulk invite is only available on desktop ​

1. Click on the 'Download' to download the provided template 📥. This template includes the required fields: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Consumer Discount, and Influencer Commission Percentage. ​

Fill Out the Spreadsheet &amp; upload the completed Template

- Enter the details for each influencer you want to invite. Make sure all information is filled in correctly.
- Upload the filled-out template back on the same 'Bulk Upload' screen. 🗂️
- We'll check your brand's tier limits against the number of influencers you've listed. If you go over the limit, we'll let you know. ​ ​
 
 
- If you upload a file that has multiple errors, don’t worry we’ll highlight each error per row for easy correction. ​

Track the Upload Progress &amp; Review influencer's details

- Watch the progress bar to see how your upload is coming along. 📊
- Once uploaded, review the list of influencers, including their names, email addresses, discount codes, and commission percentages. ​

- Click on "Send Invites." You’ll get a success notification once done.
- Our system will automatically send an initial email invite, a 3-day reminder, and a 7-day reminder if the influencer hasn't accepted yet.
